Injectable facial fillers are usually performed to plump up the lips for that Angelina Jolie pouty look. Facial fillers like Collagen and Restylane are often used in conjunction with other facial treatments like laser skin resurfacing (see below). The cost per injection is very affordable, but facial fillers do not provide a permanent effect. They must be re-injected about every six-eight months, which can be very expensive over time.
- Acne and Pockmark Removal

While dermatologists would probably cringe upon reading the words "skin sanding", essentially that is what you are dealing with. The doctor sand blasts the top layers of skin off of your face (or other body part) to expose the new, collagen-rich, scar-free surface under it all. It may sound bad, but really it is one of the least problematic procedures, and is also among the cheapest. The average prices listed above include all sessions (5-7).
- Electrolysis (electric hair removal)

The cost of electrolysis very much depends on the area and the amount of hair. For instance, semi-permanent removal of hair above a women's lip will probably only take one session and could be as low as $100, while semi-permanent hair removal on a man's back will take up to a dozen treatments, each costing up to $300 per session.

Hair plug implantation is a very difficult procedure to price accurately. Until you go in and show the doctor what he/she is dealing with, there isn't really a way to tell how much it is going to cost. We can estimate on past cases, however, that $1,500 is the ballpark price for "patches", while an entire new head of hair could run as much as $10,000.

The price of laser tattoo removal depends on how much tattoo there is to remove, and how dark the ink is. If you don't have a full tribal sleeve or back mural to take off, expect to pay somewhere in the middle of those two numbers. You can get a little cartoon character removed for $1,000 or maybe even less. Payments are usually made per session, and the amount of sessions depend on the factors above.

The cost of a chemical peel varies greatly because the difference between a mild-peel and full facial deep-peels. Mild chemical peels are most common, so you should expect to be closer to the lower end of the price range. Chemical peels use a chemical solution to remove the damaged outer layers of the skin and expose the smooth, newer skin underneath. Common chemicals used in chemical peels include alphahydroxy acids, trichloroacetic acid, and Phenol.

EVLT stands for endovenous laser therapy. EVLT is a non-surgical varicose vein treatment that closes the varicose veins without surgery using a laser that is threaded ito the vein through a small incision in the leg. Heat is applied to the vein walls, which causes the vein to permanently close and disappear. The body then reroutes the blood to healthier veins.
